Product Manager

  • Product Management
  • Full-time
  • Remote
  • 40K - 120K USD a year

At Goji, the Product Manager leads customer engagements from strategy workshops to product launch and beyond. You'll define the initial product scope and features in collaboration with clients, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the design-led development process, guiding the product to successful launch.

This role involves managing multiple projects at different stages—whether it's defining a new product, overseeing ongoing development, or handling post-launch maintenance and feature builds. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each product’s success by aligning business goals with technical execution.

You’ll apply core software product management skills, such as defining roadmaps and prioritizing features, while driving strategic product direction. As a strong communicator, you’ll bridge the gap between non-technical clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and collaboration.

Who You Are

We're hiring a Product Manager, but we're not looking for someone who only manages roadmaps, tickets, and timelines. You're excellent at your core discipline and comfortable stepping into design, engineering, strategy, or growth conversations when that's what the product needs. You see yourself as a product builder and take ownership of whether the product actually succeeds.

  • You have 3+ years of product management experience producing strong business results, ideally in a fast-paced startup or product environment.

  • You have experience shipping B2B products that solve meaningful customer problems.

  • You have strong product taste and a high bar for what good looks like. You care about the experience you're putting in front of users, not just whether requirements were delivered.

  • You love building and shipping. You'd rather get something valuable in front of users, learn from it, and iterate than spend too long pursuing a theoretically perfect solution.

  • You think about the whole product: the user problem, business model, technical constraints, growth, adoption, and what success looks like after launch.

  • You'd rather own an outcome than hand off a requirement. You stay engaged from early strategy through design, development, launch, and iteration.

  • You're comfortable stepping outside traditional product management boundaries when the product needs you to.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can champion ideas through to execution.

  • You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and translate between clients, designers, and engineers.

  • You have experience developing products for technical, enterprise, or similarly complex customers.

  • You have experience working with remote, multi-time-zone development teams.

  • You can confidently manage multiple projects concurrently without losing sight of quality or outcomes.

  • You're a self-starter who is genuinely interested in new technology and its impact on products and users.

  • You're comfortable creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirements, wireframes, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and KPIs.

  • You can ruthlessly prioritize when faced with competing needs, constraints, and opportunities.

  • You use AI as a product-building tool to prototype ideas, clarify requirements, align stakeholders around a vision, and unblock teams throughout the product development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to explore and define product requirements. Develop and maintain the product strategy, product roadmap, and backlog based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape

  • Write PRDs, briefs, and other strategy documentation to effectively align all stakeholders towards a clear strategy

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Provide updates on requirements and status throughout.

  • Work closely with designers to create beautiful and intuitive product experiences.

  • Review specification and high-fidelity design documents and provide accurate timeline estimates for features and products.

  • Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver the highest quality product requirements.

  • Regularly monitor and report on product performance

  • Run daily standups to understand project status and provide clarifications

  • Test, accept or reject work result throughout a project

  • Present development team accomplishments to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager or technical project manager at a technology company

  • Software engineering experience OR UX-UI design experience

  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal Tracker)

  • Experience with design tools a plus (Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD)

  • Familiarity with coding is a plus (and vibe coding is a strong plus!)
