  • 40K - 120K USD a year

At Goji, the Technical Product Manager works closely with our engineering teams to estimate our work and deliver it on time. You'll work with our Product Design team to evaluate and simplify requirements, and you’ll communicate those requirements to our engineers and ensure that our delivery process is smooth. The ideal TPM is a strong leader who works hand in hand with our engineering teams to deliver our planned work on time.

This role involves managing multiple projects at different stages—whether it's preparing a new project plan for dev handoffs, overseeing ongoing development, or handling post-launch maintenance and feature builds. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each product’s success by aligning business goals with technical execution.

You’ll apply core software product management skills, such as defining roadmaps and prioritizing features, while driving strategic product direction. As a strong communicator, you’ll bridge the gap between non-technical clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical project manager at a technology company

  • Prior software engineering experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal Tracker)

  • Experience with design tools and productivity tools (Figma, Notion, Slack)

  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React/React Native is strongly preferred.

Who You Are:

  • Past experience shipping B2B products that have solved meaningful customer problems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong capability in championing your ideas to fruition.

  • Experience developing products that are designed for a technical customer, satisfying business requirements, and have scaled to solve enterprise-level problems.

  • Experience developing products for Enterprise or other similarly complex customers.

  • Experience working with a remote multi timezone development team.

  • Easily manage multiple projects concurrently

  • You are a self-starter who’s genuinely interested in new technology and its impact

  • You easily communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • You like to create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, diagrams, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.

  • You have the ability to ruthlessly prioritize what is important when deciding between competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

    • This will include working closely with engineers to estimate our work, track against estimates, and update the estimates as the team progresses.

  • Create PRDs, briefs, diagrams, and other documentation to effectively align all stakeholders towards a clear strategy

  • Lead Goji’s internal product development process throughout the design and development phases. Provide updates on requirements and status throughout.

  • Work closely with designers to understand and document the requirements around product experiences.

  • Review specification and high-fidelity design documents and provide accurate timeline estimates for features and products.

  • Collaborate with engineering throughout the development cycle to iterate on and deliver the highest quality product requirements.

  • Regularly monitor and report on product performance

  • Run daily standups to understand project status and provide clarifications

  • Test, accept or reject work result throughout a project
