Enterprise & PE Growth Lead

The Role

We’re hiring an Enterprise and PE Growth Lead to open doors and build trusted relationships with PE firms, their portfolio companies, and enterprise organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for proactive sales professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology and business.

This is not a high-volume outbound sales role. It’s a high-touch, strategic position focused on relationship development, thoughtful outreach, and navigating complex buying environments.

Your mission: create access where we don’t currently have it and turn that access into long-term partnerships.


About Goji Labs

Goji Labs is a strategy-first digital product agency that partners with enterprises, nonprofits, and growth-stage companies to design, build, and scale high-impact software. For over 10 years, we’ve helped organizations modernize legacy systems, launch new platforms, and execute complex digital initiatives.

We’re now looking for a senior, relationship-driven leader to help us unlock new partnerships with private equity-backed and enterprise organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing digital product deals with large organizations

  • Diligently research prospects, develop account strategies, and execute outreach campaigns tailored to company and industry needs

  • Build relationships with PE operating partners, portfolio leaders, and enterprise decision-makers

  • Identify and prioritize a focused list of target PE firms and enterprise accounts

  • Secure warm introductions and lead personalized, strategic outreach

  • Partner with Goji leadership on discovery, solution framing, and proposals

  • Navigate procurement, security reviews, legal, and onboarding

  • Shepherd complex deals through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Stay engaged post-sale to protect and expand key relationships


What You Won’t Do

  • Run mass outbound or automated email campaigns

  • Manage paid ads or marketing execution

  • Close transactional, low-value deals

  • Operate without leadership alignment or support


Who You Are

  • 7+ years in strategic accounts, enterprise sales, or business development

  • Experience selling complex services (not SaaS) to PE-backed and Enterprise companies

  • Direct experience working with PE firms, PE-backed companies, or enterprise orgs

  • Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes

  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills

  • Clear, concise communicator who’s comfortable discussing tradeoffs and pricing

Bonus points if you have:

  • Existing relationships with PE firms or operating partners

  • Background in consulting, portfolio ops, or digital transformation

  • Familiarity with software development, UX, and product strategy
